One person has been rushed to hospital in serious condition after a commercial truck rolled over on Highway 401 south of Guelph on Sept. 15, 2025.

• The incident took place in the westbound lanes of the highway around Highway 6A before 10:30am ET on Sept. 15.
• Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) shared a photo of the rollover on X (formerly Twitter) — showing a commercial truck laying in a ditch on the right side of the highway.
• Officials said one person was extricated from the vehicle and taken to hospital with potentially life-altering injuries.
