York Regional Police are investigating a hit-and-run collision involving a red motorcycle and a car near Fossil Hill Pond in Vaughan.
- The incident took place near Fossil Hill Road and Saint Francis Avenue — north of Rutherford Road — around 7pm ET on Aug. 10.
- According to officials, both vehicles were heading southbound on Fossil Hill Road.
- The motorcyclist is being treated for “significant” injuries. Their condition isn’t considered life-threatening.
- The driver of the car didn’t remain at the scene.
Witnesses Sought
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
