What Happened?
- Emergency crews responded to reports of a 2-vehicle crash around Lake Shore Boulevard West and Forty First Street before 9pm ET on Dec. 16.
- One of the drivers, a man in his 20s, was assessed and taken to hospital. His condition isn’t considered life-threatening.
- According to officials, the other driver fled the scene on foot.
Witnesses Sought
