Global News – Garage found partly liable after crash with stolen car causes brain injury
An unlicensed teen suffered a permanent brain injury 10 years ago after crashing a car that was stolen from Rankin’s Garage, and unlocked auto-body garage.
Toronto Personal Injury Lawyer Sivan Tumarkin joined host Jeff McArthur on The Global Morning Show to discuss the case after courts determined that the garage owners are largely liable.
