Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal 2-vehicle collision southeast of London on July 4, 2026.


What Happened?

  • The incident — involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck towing a recreational vehicle — took place at the intersection of Plank Line and Ostrander Road before 12:50pm ET on July 4.
  • According to OPP, the motorcyclist, a 50-year-old man from Woodstock, was pronounced dead at the scene.
  • Plank Line at Ostrander Road was closed for several hours.
