Toronto police are investigating a fatal multi-vehicle collision that took place near Flemingdon Park Golf Club on Dec. 21, 2025.

What Happened?

• Emergency crews responded to reports of a crash involving several vehicles on Eglinton Avenue East near the Don Valley Parkway ramp shortly after 4pm on Dec. 21.
• One of the drivers, a woman, was rushed to hospital in critical condition. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries and was later pronounced dead.
• Another individual was taken to hospital with minor injuries. It’s unclear if they were a driver or passenger in one of the vehicles.
• 4 other people were assessed by paramedics at the scene of the crash.
