3 Dead After SUV, Pickup Truck Collide South of Woodstock

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal collision involving an SUV and a pickup truck near Tillsonburg —  a community south of Woodstock — on Oct. 24, 2025.

What Happened?

• The incident took place on Mall Road between Oxford Road 13 and Middletown Line around 4pm ET on Oct. 24.
• According to OPP, both occupants of the pickup truck were rushed to hospital. Unfortunately, they succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced dead.
• The driver of the SUV, a 75-year-old, was also taken to hospital and pronounced dead.

Investigation Updates

The cause of the fatal collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
