What’s Happening at EnerSys?

EnerSys is planning to eliminate approximately 11% of its non-production workforce, or around 575 employees, as part of a restructuring.

According to reports, the job cuts will primarily affect corporate and management positions at the energy services provider.

It remains unclear if Canadian employees at EnerSys are affected by the workforce reduction.

According to LinkedIn, the company has more than 200 workers in the country.

Next Steps for EnerSys Employees

If you’re fired or let go from EnerSys, understanding your legal rights is crucial.
