“Eggslut” to Make Canadian Debut with 2 Downtown Toronto Restaurants
Is Eggslut Coming to Canada?
Yes — Eggslut, a trendy breakfast sandwich chain that launched in Los Angeles, California in 2011, has chosen downtown Toronto for its Canadian debut.
The company’s flagship restaurant is set to open on King Street West on April 30, 2026, while a Yonge and Dundas location is scheduled to begin service later this summer.
“From day one, our focus has been on building Eggslut in Canada the right way — with a local-first mindset,” Adam Flook, Development Lead at Eggslut’s Canadian arm, Westrich Hospitality, said in a news release.
“We’ve partnered with Canadian suppliers, hired a Canadian team, and approached this as a long-term investment in the market. While the brand has global recognition, we’re delivering an authentic Eggslut experience that’s deeply rooted in the local community.”
Eggslut is currently evaluating additional Canadian markets, including Vancouver.
