What’s Happening?
ConocoPhillips is planning to slash around one-quarter of its global workforce as part of a broader restructuring program.

“As part of this process, we have informed employees that a 20 to 25% reduction in our global workforce, which includes employees and contractors, is anticipated.”
Nuss added that most of the job cuts are expected to be made before the end of 2025.
