  • The incident took place in the area of Woodbine Avenue and Steelcase Road West, south of Denison Street, shortly after 11:10am ET on July 1.
  • According to York police, the individual taken to hospital was a passenger in 1 of the vehicles. Their injuries are considered serious.
  • Woodbine Avenue was temporarily closed between Steelcase Road and Denison Street.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
