640 Toronto – Aviva Canada blames high premiums on personal injury lawyers
Aviva Canada is touting the results of a study that suggests injury lawyers and contingency fees are driving up insurance costs.
Personal injury lawyer Sivan Tumarkin told Global News Radio 640 Toronto’s Mike Stafford why Aviva is the LAST insurance company that should take swings at injury lawyers, based on their tactics. He also explained why Aviva’s argument makes little to no sense.
