2 people injured after serious Etobicoke collision, witnesses sought

Incident details

Two people have been taken to hospital following a serious two-vehicle collision in Etobicoke.

  • The Toronto Police Service (TPS) responded to reports of a crash in the area of Dixon Road and Skyway Avenue–west of Highway 27–just after 2 p.m. ET on Oct. 27.
  • Paramedics told CP24 that they transported an adult patient to a trauma centre with serious injuries. Their condition isn’t considered to be life-threatening.
  • Officials say another person is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigation updates

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. It’s not clear if charges are pending.
