4 teens, teacher dead after multi-vehicle crash northeast of London

Incident details
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal three-vehicle collision northeast of London.
- The incident — involving two SUVs and a transport truck — took place at the intersection of Thorndale Road and Cobble Hills Road in Middlesex County around 4:30 p.m. ET on May 23.
- Investigators said one of the SUVs, carrying a 33-year-old high school teacher and four teenagers, collided with a transport truck before hitting the other SUV.
- All occupants of the SUV that collided with the two other vehicles have been pronounced dead.
- The occupants of the second SUV as well as the driver of the transport truck suffered minor injuries.
- The intersection of Thorndale Road and Cobble Hills Road was closed for several hours.
