Office Clerk – Vancouver (Full-time)
Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy litigation firm with offices in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Our legal representatives specialize in employment law, as well as personal injury and disability litigation.
We’re looking for an office clerk to join and support to our team in Vancouver. This entry-level role is a permanent, full-time, and hybrid position — suitable for a recent graduate.
Our ideal candidate has some administrative experience and is looking to learn, flourish, and become part of a supportive and hardworking team.
Responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to, receiving and sending mail, opening files, data entry, legal document production, scanning, photocopying, and manual and electronic filing.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some administrative experience
- The ability to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sufficient experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Flexibility to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion
This role works within a hybrid model. For remote working, you will need a sufficient home internet connection.

The salary range for this position is $37,000 – $45,000.
Salary is commensurate with experience and is part of a competitive total compensation package. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal and market equity for similar roles and duties.
