Truck was “barrelling through the red”

An area resident told CP24 about the moments leading up to the crash, suggesting the transport truck may have been at fault.

He claimed that the transport truck was “barrelling through the red, maybe a yellow light,” and crossed the centre line to avoid rear-ending other vehicles. The resident further added, “They hit head-on,” describing the impact between the two trucks.
