⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was let go from my company, and was beside myself trying to understand if I should sign the Termination Contract Letter my company was offering me. I felt like I was being terminated for the wrong reasons, and that more people instead of just me be terminated as well. Jennifer Vong took the time to listen me and review all documents my company presented me with. Once she had the whole story and reviewed my docs she was up front and HONEST with me. She explained the do’s and don’t my company must follow (They did), she explained how much exactly I am entitled too, and how much her company would fight for (turns out my company is offering 1 month less, then the common law notice). If Jennifer’s team was to fight for that 1 month, most of that money would go to my legal bills and not to me and my family. She explain and help me dicatate a re-negotiation offer to my company and kept my expectations at par, if re-negotiations don’t go my way (Since my company has made me an offer that is slightly higher then goverment requirements. I am still waiting to hear back from my ex-employers if they will re-negotiate with me, but my main point I am trying to make is, is that I feel clamer, better educated, and sleeping at night instead of worrying on what choice I should make.
