I was employed by by large manufacturing firm for 29 years and never thought that i was being treated unfairly.They recently wanted me to reduce my hours of work significantly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The loss of one’s job is devastating, regardless of whether it was foreseen or not. However, when your company offers no severance package for your years of service, it’s just down right wrong! Do not succumb to such an insult. FIGHT BACK! So, I did just that when I hired Lluc Cerda to help me go after what I was deservedly entitled. He patiently walked me through each step of the process. Promptly kept me updated, returned email questions with an answer. He even answers his phone. I know my severance was ‘small’ compared to other clients he has represented, however, he took on my case regardless. The expense to me was of concern, however, included in my settlement agreement was additional monies to cover, not all, but some of my expenses.
