CCPA Mental health and long-term disability claim webinar

The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association is hosting a webinar to discuss the difficulties many individuals with mental health issues face when applying for and receiving approval for long-term disability benefits.

The webinar will speak directly to mental health professionals looking for advice on how to support their patients with disability claims, with regard to how disability insurers view mental health claims, the terminology in disability policies, disability law currently with respect to mental health, and more.

This year, disability lawyer and co-founding Managing Partner Sivan Tumarkin, and James Fireman, disability lawyer and National Practice Leader at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, have been asked to present and offer vital information for those willing to learn and support their patients.
