640 Toronto – Paralyzed Man Suing Insurer That Says Injuries Don’t Meet Definition
In 2011, Mitch Murphy of Nova Scotia suffered a traumatic brain injury and spinal fracture that left him paralyzed from the waist down.
To make matters worse, Mitch’s insurance provider decided that he wasn’t quite paralyzed enough for compensation.
