Employment Lawyer – Ontario

Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy national litigation firm with offices in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Our employment practice in Ontario is looking for a highly motivated and client-oriented associate who has 2+ years of experience in employment law (this is NOT a position for newly called lawyers).

Our ideal candidate will have a background as a plaintiff lawyer with contingency experience where possible. The successful candidate will have the option to work remotely, in the office, or in a hybrid working model.

The ideal candidate will have:

• LLB or equivalent;
• good standing with the LSO;
• strong written and verbal communication skills;
• the aptitude to work independently while coordinating with other team members;
• excellent attention to detail; and,
• the competence to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines.
