Ontario Camp Counsellors Urged to Understand Rights Amid Burnout, Overworking
What’s Happening?
The Ontario Association of Camp Counsellors (OACC) is sounding the alarm over summer camp pay and break structures as more counsellors are experiencing burnout triggered by round-the-clock, high-stress work conditions.
