YesCanada Life has acquired Santé Circle Health, a provider of disability management and occupational health services.

Strong disability management plays an important role in how we [at Canada Life] support plan members and deliver value for plan sponsors,” the insurance giant said in a joint news release.

“[Acquiring Santé Circle Health] supports our strategy to strengthen and modernize our disability offering in ways that matter most to members and customers.”

While Canada Life hasn’t made major changes that affect Santé Circle Health employees, clients, or suppliers, the company disclosed that it plans to explore “complementary opportunities” over time.
