What’s Happening at Microsoft?

Microsoft is reportedly offering, for the first time, voluntary buyouts to thousands of long-service employees in 2026.

While the move is expected to affect around 7% of the tech giant’s US staff, it remains unclear if the program will be extended to its Canadian workforce.
