1 Hospitalized After Serious Hwy. 11 Collision Near North Bay

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a serious collision involving a pickup truck and transport truck on Highway 11 north of North Bay on April 12, 2026.

  • The incident took place on the highway around Sand Dam Road before 9am ET on April 12.
  • According to OPP, 1 person was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
  • Highway 11 was temporarily closed between Collins Drive in North Bay and Highway 64 in Marten River.
