Bruyère Health Reportedly Cutting 55 Front-Line Workers, Part of Restructuring
What’s Happening at Bruyère Health?
Bruyère Health is reportedly looking to cut approximately 55 front-line jobs as part of a “redeployment process” — affecting nurses and personal support workers.
“The redeployment process includes reassignment and transfer, canvassing for voluntary departures, and potential layoffs,” the Ottawa-based health organization said in a statement to CBC News.
Bruyère Health confirmed that 12 of the positions reviewed for “redeployment” are now vacant.
