CALLER: My boss wants me to sign an income averaging agreement so they don’t have to give me overtime pay. Can my employer make me sign it? Can my employer ask me to sign an overtime agreement?

CALLER: After 5 years on the job, my wife fell due to the company’s negligence. Her employer’s benefits plan has cut her off. What should she do? Should she apply to WorkSafeBC?
