When I worked for a temp agency there was a clause in the contract that the companies who had employed us as temporary workers couldn’t hire us for 6 months after we were employed with the agency.  Is this allowed?

What would my entitlements be if I was terminated after making a harassment complaint?

I was harassed at my place of work and was transferred locations to deal with my harassment complaint.  I was told that if I didn’t accept the transference that I would be terminated.

Can my employer make company wide changes to payment?

I am a long-term employee with a company and currently a supervisor. They recently removed our shift premium from our pay structure, we were told that as of a certain date they would no longer offer this.  They gave us about 4 weeks’ notice before removing this.  Is there anything I can do about this?

Can my employer sue me for IT related loses due to a computer virus?

I was working IT for a company and had to take a holiday.  While I was away the company’s system was infected by a virus.  I was trying to deal with it during my holiday, but I was called into the office and was terminated.  They told me they would counter sue me if I pursued legal action against them.
