• Week That Was – Clients should be very careful of the advice they’re being given in regards to their disability claims and the source of the information.
• My sister’s benefits were cut off as the insurer says there isn’t enough medical information to support the claim and she fears she will be terminated from her employer. What are her options?
• When you discuss the “any occupation” period, you often discuss how the test is harder than in the “own occupation” period.  How much harder is the test, and how likely is someone to be cut off when the test changes?
