About Pareea Mohammad
Pareea Mohammad is an Ontario employment lawyer and Associate at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, with experience in employment, disability, and personal injury law.
Her connection with the firm began during law school, when she completed both her 1L and 2L summer placements with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP before later completing her articling term with the firm. That experience gave Pareea an in-depth understanding of the firm’s practice and client-focused approach to legal advocacy.
Pareea has a strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution. She has developed her advocacy and negotiation skills through moots, mock trials, negotiation competitions, and practical advocacy training.
She approaches her work with careful attention to detail and a commitment to making complex legal issues easier for clients to understand.

Pareea earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she focused on civil litigation.
During law school, she held several executive positions on student committees, including Osgoode’s Labour and Employment Law Society, and participated in moots, mock trials, and negotiation competitions.
Pareea also completed Osgoode’s Trial Advocacy and Lawyer as Negotiator workshops, where she further developed her oral advocacy and negotiation skills while learning from experienced litigators.
