Naomi began her legal career with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, first as a summer student and then as an articling student. Her journey through the legal profession has been defined by her commitment to advocating in the areas of employment law and human rights. Naomi was called to the bar in Ontario and has since established herself as a dedicated and determined advocate, committed to securing positive outcomes for her clients.
Before pursuing law, Naomi spent over a decade as a high-performance athlete on the Ontario Sailing Team, where she competed against Olympic athletes on the world stage. This experience instilled in her the discipline, perseverance, and competitive spirit that she now brings to her legal practice.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys kite surfing on Lake Ontario, running, and spending time outdoors with her friends. Her adventurous spirit and passion for the outdoors mirror the tenacity and focus she applies to her legal cases.

Naomi earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) with honours from Queen’s University, where she consistently excelled academically.
