Old Republic Class Action Lawsuit

Please note that the Molot v. Worldstrides Canada (previously Chmielowiec v. Old Republic Insurance Company of Canada) class action has received a discontinuance order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on June 29, 2022. Samfiru Tumarkin LLP has entered a co-counsel agreement with Curtis Dawe Lawyers, Sotos LLP, and Adair Goldblatt Bieber LLP to prosecute this claim against Arch Insurance, Old Republic Insurance and Explorica.
