Is Xbox Planning to Cut Jobs in 2026?

Yes — Xbox, Microsoft’s gaming division, is reportedly planning to significantly scale back its staffing levels in July 2026.

Sources told Bloomberg that the video game giant is also looking to significantly slash budgets for marketing and other areas of the business.
