A woman has been airlifted to a “Hamilton trauma centre” after being struck by a vehicle in Guelph’s Exhibition Park neighbourhood.
- Before 7:20 a.m. ET on Jan. 30, Guelph police posted on X (formerly Twitter) that Woolwich Street is closed between Speedvale Avenue East and Verney Street.
- Officials haven’t provided any details on the severity of the pedestrian’s injuries.
- Police didn’t confirm that the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
