- The incident took place at the intersection of Kipling Avenue and Albion Road around 10am ET on April 28.
- Footage of the scene shows damage to a grey Honda Civic and a Toronto police cruiser.
- The driver of the Honda Civic, a 19-year-old man, is being treated for serious injuries. His passenger, a 16-year-old girl, suffered minor injuries.
- Minor injuries were also reported for the Toronto police officer driving the cruiser.
