What Happened?
- The incident took place in the area of Queens Quay East and Richardson Street, just east of Lower Jarvis Street, before 2:30pm ET on July 6.
- According to officials, the PEO issued a parking ticket to a white 2017 Mercedes Benz C63S convertible. The driver got in an argument with the PEO once they returned to their vehicle.
- The driver of the white 2017 Mercedes Benz C63S convertible then got into the vehicle and began to drive away — striking the PEO and another vehicle.
- Toronto police said the PEO sustained minor injuries.

The white 2017 Mercedes Benz C63S convertible was last seen heading westbound on Queens Quay East.

- A male with a medium build wearing a black hat, white T-shirt, black shorts, and white shoes
- He had shoulder length hair in braids
