2 Hospitalized After Serious Crash in Scarborough’s Port Union Neighbourhood
Toronto police are investigating a serious 2-vehicle collision in Scarborough’s Port Union neighbourhood on July 13, 2026 — ending with 1 of the vehicles crashing into a nearby building.

What Happened?
- The incident took place in the area of Lawrence Avenue East and Charlottetown Boulevard, west of Port Union Road, before 4pm ET on July 13.
- According to officials, 1 of the drivers, a woman in her 70s, was rushed to hospital in critical condition.
- Another individual, a woman in her 40s, was also taken to hospital. Her condition isn’t considered life-threatening.
- Officials haven’t disclosed if the second woman was a driver, passenger, or pedestrian.
