Pedestrian, 63, critical after hit-and-run collision in Scarborough
Incident details
Toronto police are searching for an SUV that sped off after striking a pedestrian in Scarborough.
- The incident took place in the area of Victoria Park Avenue and Pachino Boulevard, just south of York Mills Boulevard, on Monday night.
- Officers say a grey or silver SUV heading northbound on Victoria Park Avenue hit a 63-year-old man crossing from the east side of the street to the west side.
- The pedestrian was rushed to hospital in critical condition.
Investigation updates
Officials told CP24 that they are currently looking for a 2013-2018 Hyundai Santa-Fe Sport model.
