- The incident took place in the eastbound lanes of the highway near Courtland Avenue East around 5pm ET on May 21.
- Photos of the scene show Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) inspecting a red sportsbike and a white Mercedes SUV.
- No injuries were reported for the driver of the Mercedes SUV.
- Eastbound lanes of Highway 7/8 near Courtland Avenue East were closed for several hours.
