A man in his 50s has been taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle near CF Shops at Don Mills.

The incident took place at the intersection of Lawrence Avenue East and Don Mills Road around 9:30 p.m. ET on Dec. 19.

  • Toronto police said the pedestrian’s injuries aren’t life-threatening.
  • The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with officials.
  • Motorists were asked to avoid Lawrence Avenue East between The Donway East and Don Mills Road.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
