- The incident took place near the intersection of Howard Avenue and Edinborough Street around 11pm ET on May 19.
- According to Windsor police, the pedestrian was rushed to hospital. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead.
- The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
