Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a fatal head-on collision in Harrowsmith — a community northwest of Kingston — on May 7, 2026.

What Happened?
- The incident took place on Road 38 between Quinn Road and Wilton Road before noon on May 7.
- A 57-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene. 2 other people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
- Road 38 closed between Quinn Road and Wilton Road for several hours.

The cause of the fatal collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
