69-Year-Old Man Dead, Struck by Vehicle Near Howard Park in Windsor

What Happened?
- The incident took place near the intersection of Howard Avenue and Charles Street, north of Grand Marais Road East, around 5:30am ET on May 2.
- According to officials, a 69-year-old man was attempting to cross the street when he was struck by a vehicle travelling northbound on Howard Avenue.
- The pedestrian was rushed to hospital. Unfortunately, the man succumbed to his injuries and was later pronounced dead.
Investigation Updates
The cause of the fatal collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
