Delivery truck driver critical after 3-vehicle Hwy. 400 crash in North York
Incident details
The driver of a delivery truck has been rushed to hospital following a three-vehicle collision on Highway 400 in North York.
- The incident took place in the southbound lanes of the highway near Finch Avenue before noon ET on Jan. 8.
- Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the delivery truck rear-ended a tractor-trailer — pushing the vehicle into a pickup truck.
- The delivery truck driver’s injuries are believed to be life-threatening.

The cause of the three-vehicle collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
