The driver of a delivery truck has been rushed to hospital following a three-vehicle collision on Highway 400 in North York.

• The incident took place in the southbound lanes of the highway near Finch Avenue before noon ET on Jan. 8.
• Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the delivery truck rear-ended a tractor-trailer — pushing the vehicle into a pickup truck.
• The delivery truck driver’s injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
