2 people have been taken to a trauma centre following a serious 2-vehicle collision near Parkway Mall in Scarborough on June 25, 2026.

What Happened?
- The incident took place near Ellesmere Road and Pharmacy Avenue, east of Victoria Park Avenue, shortly after 2pm on June 25.
- According to Toronto police, 1 of the vehicles flipped over as a result of the collision. A photo of the scene shows what looks to be a grey, 4-door Mercedes sedan with significant damage.
- The condition of the 2 individuals taken to hospital isn’t considered life-threatening. Officials haven’t disclosed if both were in the vehicle that flipped over.
- A third person was assessed for injuries at the scene — refusing to go to a trauma centre or hospital.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
