Brantford ‘most challenging city’ for Ontario drivers in 2024, study claims
MyChoice has released its 2024 list of the safest and most dangerous cities for drivers in Ontario.
According to the comprehensive study, Brantford was named the “most challenging” city, while Toronto was crowned the safest.
The company examined internal data from over 150,000 car insurance quotes since 2020, including accident and infraction records.
What other cities ranked low on safety?
In addition to Brantford, MyChoice found that the following cities were challenging for drivers:
- Ajax
- Barrie
- Bolton
- Brampton
- Burlington
- Hamilton
- Kingston
- Pickering
- Windsor
“One major recommendation that we have for Ontario drivers is to get winter tires,” CEO Aren Mirzaian said in response to the findings.
“Not only will this make driving much safer for people on the roads this winter, but it’s also a smart financial decision.”
