Brampton crash: Young woman killed in collision on Highway 50
Incident details
A fatal two-vehicle collision occurred early Monday morning at the intersection of Highway 50 and Coleraine Drive in Brampton. Emergency crews responded to the scene at approximately 6:35 a.m. following reports of a collision involving a transport truck and another vehicle.
Victim information
Peel paramedics assessed a female patient at the scene but did not transport her to the hospital.
Constable Richard Chin, in a video posted to X, stated, “Despite the best efforts of our first responders, the driver of the motor vehicle, a young woman in her 20s, was pronounced deceased on scene.”
