Coventry Homes Sued After Sexual Assault: CTV News Edmonton
Interview Notes
Coventry Homes Inc. has been sued by five former employees due to workplace harassment and sexual assault. The five women who worked for Coventry allege in their civil claims that the director of sales, Robin Nasserdeen, was responsible for a toxic work environment and no steps were taken to provide a safe workplace for staff.
Aaron Levitin, a Calgary employment lawyer and Associate at Samfiru Tumarkin LLP, represents the claimants suing Coventry for a combined $6.2 million. After the claims were filed, CTV News Edmonton spoke to the plaintiffs and shared Coventry’s response to the civil suits.
