A man and a woman are being treated for injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Toronto’s Forest Hill neighbourhood.
- Toronto police responded to the area of Chaplin Crescent and Eglinton Avenue West before 8:30 a.m. ET on Jan. 7.
- A woman was taken to a trauma centre with serious injuries. Her condition isn’t life-threatening.
- A man was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
- The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
- Chaplin Crescent was temporarily closed in both directions between Eglinton Avenue and Roselawn Avenue.
Investigation updates
The cause of the collision remains under investigation. It’s unclear if charges are pending.
