Honda Civic Driver, 31, Critical After Hwy. 407 Crash in Brampton

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a collision involving a Honda Civic and a “commercial motor vehicle” on Highway 407 in Brampton.

• The incident took place in the eastbound lanes of the highway, approaching Mississauga Road, before 5am ET on July 7.
• OPP claim that the Honda Civic rear-ended the commercial motor vehicle.
• The driver of the Honda Civic, a 31-year-old man, was rushed to a “Toronto trauma centre” with life-threatening injuries.
• Emergency crews took the driver of the commercial motor vehicle to the hospital as a precaution.
